Fast And Easy Houses (“we”, “us”) provides a client-file and follow-up service used by real estate agents and mortgage lenders (“professionals”) to coordinate a home purchase, sale or refinance with their clients. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email address and mobile number, entered by you or by your professional.
- Transaction documents you or your professional upload, such as identification, income and asset statements, contracts and photos.
- Messages exchanged through the service by text message, email and the client portal, including delivery status.
- Usage data such as sign-in times, pages viewed and device information, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To let your agent and lender see one shared file for your transaction.
- To request documents and send reminders by email and text message until each item is complete.
- To notify professionals when you reply or upload.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and comply with law.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you transactional messages about your transaction on behalf of your agent or lender, including document requests and reminders. These usually arrive as an iMessage group conversation that includes your agent and lender, so everyone sees the same thread. Message frequency varies by how many items are outstanding; we send at most one automated reminder per day for each file. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who can see your information
Only the professionals assigned to your file and our administrators can see the contents of your file. We use service providers to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication and encrypted document storage), Vercel (hosting), Sendblue (iMessage and SMS text messages) and Resend (email). They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Documents are stored encrypted at rest and delivered through short-lived, access-logged links. Files are retained while the transaction is active and afterwards as required by the professional’s record-keeping obligations. You can ask your professional or us to delete your data when those obligations end.
Your choices
- Opt out of text reminders by replying STOP; opt back in by replying START.
- Opt out of email reminders using the link in any automated email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting your professional or emailing us.
