The service
Fast And Easy Houses lets real estate agents, mortgage lenders and their clients share one file per transaction, exchange documents and messages, and receive automated reminders. Access for professionals is by invitation. Clients access their own files through a portal using a secure link or code sent to their email or mobile number.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and keep your sign-in link or code private.
- Upload only documents you are entitled to share for your transaction.
- Professionals must obtain a client’s consent before enabling text messages and must honor opt-outs.
- Never send wire instructions through the service. Always verify wiring details by phone with a known number.
Messaging terms
By agreeing to receive text messages you consent to transactional messages about your transaction from Fast And Easy Houses on behalf of your agent or lender. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No professional advice
The service is a coordination tool. It does not provide legal, financial or real estate advice, and reminders do not change any deadline in your contract or loan.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or message delivery. To the extent permitted by law, Fast And Easy Houses is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
